

Who Is Reginald?
I am a native Memphian. I am the oldest son in a blended family of seven. I am a product of the Shelby County Schools System, and I graduated from Bolton High School in 2006. Upon graduating High School, I matriculated through Lane College (HBCU) in Jackson, TN, where I studied Mass Communication with a concertation in Broadcasting. Additionally, I received a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Memphis Theological Seminary.
I currently serve as Senior Pastor of Riverside Missionary Baptist Church, where I have served faithfully along with my beautiful wife, Crystal Boyce, for five years. Crystal and I are blessed to have four beautiful daughters Trinity, Carrington, Reagan, and Raelynn. I am a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., the NAACP, and other civic and philanthropic organizations. I currently serve as Moderator of the Whitehaven District Association.
How Can We Empower Shelby County
Rev. Reginald Boyce is running for County Commission to empower our communities, our schools, and our families.

Educational Empowerment

Ensure our students are receiving quality education and that are schools are adequately resourced.

Implement initiatives that connect high school students to career and scholarship opportunities as well as jobs.

Address juvenile crime and create pipelines that lead to success and sustainability.

Social Empowerment

Fight for safer neighborhoods and combat blight.

Address core issues that threaten the property value of all constituents.

Present and implement programs that empower renters to become homeowners.

Economic Empowerment

Secure funding for small minority-owned businesses.

Create initiative that will make our District marketable for further business development and job creation.

Host Quarterly Job Fairs that are also felony friendly.
